1. General

Elevate Labs sees great importance in providing equal service to all customers and surfers and improving the service provided to customers with disabilities. We invest resources and efforts to make our website accessible in order to allow the majority of the population to use our services easily and comfortably.

2. Standard of Accessibility

This website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for Web Content Accessibility at Level AA and the international WCAG 2.1 document.

The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the accepted usage pattern for operation with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.

3. Measures Taken to Ensure Accessibility

We have implemented the following measures to ensure that our website is accessible:

  • Keyboard Navigation: The site is navigable using a keyboard (Tab/Shift+Tab) for users who cannot use a mouse.

  • Textual Alternatives: We provide alternative text (Alt Text) for meaningful images and non-text content.

  • Contrast Ratio: We maintain a high contrast ratio between text and background to ensure readability for visually impaired users.

  • Focus Indicator: Interactive elements (links, buttons) have a clear visual focus indicator when navigated via keyboard.

4. Browser & OS Compatibility

Our goal is to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies possible. We support the latest versions of major browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

5. Physical Premises

Elevate Labs does not receive public audiences at its offices. Our services are provided digitally or at the client’s location. Therefore, there are no specific physical accessibility arrangements to detail regarding our headquarters.

6. Feedback & Contact Information

Despite our best efforts to make all pages and content on the website fully accessible, there may be certain sections or parts of the site that have not yet been fully adapted or for which the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found. We continue our efforts to improve the site’s accessibility as part of our commitment to allow the entire population to use it, including people with disabilities.
