Slack Best Practices for Operations and Revenue Teams

Operations and revenue teams use Slack differently from other teams. Use Threads Religiously

Archive channels for completed projects, consolidate channels that have overlapping purposes, and create new channels for emerging cross-functional initiatives. A clean channel structure reduces the cognitive load of navigating the workspace and keeps the team focused on the channels that matter most.
