How to Document Your Customer Service Protocols

Customer service protocols are the documented standards that define how your team responds to customer inquiries, handles escalations, manages complaints, and ensures consistent service quality across every customer interaction. Update protocols based on what you learn from real customer interactions and communicate updates to the whole team so everyone is working from the current version.
